Drawing from her PhD research, she will also examine how current public discourse shapes parental strategies and children's digital literacy, questioning whether these approaches effectively balance protection with their digital skills development
This talk presents an overview of Grace Carrols research which is at the intersection of animal welfare, human–animal interaction, and evolutionary psychology. They will discuss examples from my research including how cuteness cues in pets influence human behaviour and care of companion animals, and how methods from health and social psychology can be applied to the study of animal behaviour and welfare.
